With over 15 years experience, Megan Manly and her team are fully equipped to empower their clients to accomplish their real estate goals.

Megan began her real estate career in 2009. Becoming a Realtor during a recession was a challenge that turned into an incredible opportunity to be mentored by some of the best in the business.

She was elected by her peers and served as a director on the Greater Nashville REALTORS® board, as well as on the Public Education, Habitat for Humanity, Legislative, and other committees within the Nashville real estate association. On the national level, Megan served on the Member Communications Committee. She's earned Life Member status in the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Awards of Excellence. 

Megan is actively involved in the Nashville community. She is a public education advocate, and recently served as President of her son’s Parent Teacher Organization. She has also served a six year term on the Rebuilding Together Nashville board.

Megan's earliest dreams were of owning a home, as her single mom wasn't able to obtain home ownership until much later in life. Those early memories remain with her and help her advocate for her clients. She never takes the incredible gift of home ownership for granted.

Megan lives with her husband and son in a historic East Nashville home and enjoys visiting local restaurants, going out to hear live music, watching her son play sports, and cheering on the Titans, Predators, and Nashville SC.
